Although you would never guess it, Richard's first job after college was working as a probation officer. He soon began the reprints business with his father, and now in addition to Wright's Printing, he also owns the successful Wright's Media; a full-service content licensing firm.
Richard's key to success is to define his vision, hire and develop the best industry leaders and empower them to lead and build their teams. In his spare time, Richard lends his insight and expertise to organizations like the Economic Development Partnership of The Woodlands and the new Intercontinental Chamber of Commerce, and by serving as a board member of the Printing Industries of the Gulf Coast. Outside work, Richard enjoys bird hunting and salt water fishing and spending quality time with his wife and three children. He is also active in local charities, both personally and professionally.

Wright's Printing is known for having a deep bench, and Arthur is another great example. Prior to joining Wright's in 2016, his career took him through all areas of print production. Arthur has directed operations at several digital print plants, scheduling shifts and job production while managing inventory with his vendors. Later, he jumped to the client service side, managing a large customer service department and refining its procedures to improve delivery, quality and customer satisfaction. Arthur is also well schooled in the technology of modern print operations. After he finally came to his senses and moved to Texas, Arthur worked for two large fulfillment companies in Houston before starting with Wright's. He is a hands-on, self-starter who knows the ropes - exactly what a Wright's customer needs.
