Arthur Jean

Customer Service Representative

Arthur Jean

Wright's Printing is known for having a deep bench, and Arthur is another great example. Prior to joining Wright's in 2016, his career took him through all areas of print production. Arthur has directed operations at several digital print plants, scheduling shifts and job production while managing inventory with his vendors. Later, he jumped to the client service side, managing a large customer service department and refining its procedures to improve delivery, quality and customer satisfaction. Arthur is also well school in the technology of modern print operations. After he finally cam to his senses and moved to Texas, Arthur worked for two large fulfillment companies in Houston before starting with Wright's. His is hands-on, self-starter who knows the ropes - exactly what a Wright's customer needs.
